Terms and Conditions 

 

Deposits and Payment

A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. This can be paid on presentation of the invoice, that is issued on receipt of the booking confirmation. Once you have received the invoice, Pen and Lens requires only the payment of the 50% deposit within 5 working days.

The balance of the booking is only taken post event, when any additional changes, made on or leading up to the day, that attracted additional fees, will be added and re-presented for final payment. Refer Additional Costs below.

 

Final Payment 

On receipt of the final invoice, full and final payment will be due within 5 working days.
Final photos will only be released on receipt of the full and final payment of that invoice. 

Payment by direct transfer is preferred.

 

Additional Costs

Additional costs that may be include (added to the final invoice).

· Extra time if requested prior to or on the day if requested by yourself or your authorised person.

· Extra travel time - due to unexpected changes in venue at the last minute

· Parking fees including metred street parking. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A full refund is only available 14 days prior to the scheduled commencement date/time of the event booked.

Anything inside 14 days prior to the scheduled commencement date/time of the event attracts at 50% refund.

Anything inside 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement date/time of the event attracts a NIL refund.

 

Rescheduled Event Policy

Pen and Lens understands that things can change beyond your control, to that end we like to be as flexible as possible and are happy to try and reschedule the original event. However, we can only provide this accommodation if availability is open in the Pen and Lens schedule. 

If Pen and Lens is unable to accommodate your change, due to other commitments, your change of date/time from the original event, will be considered a cancellation of the event and the refund policy stands.
